C’est bien connu, notre corps a besoin de vitamines pour fonctionner correctement et se maintenir en bonne santé. Mais faut-il privilégier les vitamines naturelles ou synthétiques ? Pour un apport en vitamines optimal, il est conseillé de les consommer crus ou de les cuire à la vapeur si une cuisson est nécessaire. Les vitamines naturelles sont facilement assimilées par le corps humain et participent activement à son bon fonctionnement ainsi qu'à sa bonne santé. Comme dit l’expression, “la nature est bien faite”.
Les bienfaits des vitamines sur l’organisme dépendent du type de vitamine dont il est question. En effet, certaines agissent sur le bon fonctionnement du système digestif, d’autres renforcent les défenses immunitaires ou encore participent au bon équilibre cutané. Vous l’aurez compris, les bienfaits des vitamines sur l’organisme sont multiples. Pour un corps en bonne santé, il est important de veiller à un apport quotidien diversifié. Il est ainsi conseillé d’adopter une alimentation saine et variée. On parle alors d’équilibre alimentaire.
Par définition, une vitamine de synthèse est issue d’un procédé chimique créé en laboratoire pharmaceutique. L’idée des vitamines synthétiques est de combler une carence du corps humain, normalement apportée par les vitamines végétales. Étant des substances entièrement créées par l’homme, elles sont considérées comme des corps étrangers pour l'organisme. Leur assimilation est donc plus longue, et parfois plus complexe, que celle des vitamines naturelles.
Également appelées vitamines chimiques, les vitamines de synthèse ont été créées afin de répondre aux diverses carences du corps humain. Cependant, la chimie n’arrive pas toujours à reproduire les bienfaits de la nature dans leur exactitude. De plus, l’assimilation d’une vitamine de synthèse est propre à chaque organisme, chacun réagissant différemment.
Sans grande surprise, le naturel est bien entendu le plus bénéfique à la bonne santé du corps humain. Produites par la nature, les vitamines végétales répondent aux besoins de l’organisme sans risque pour sa bonne santé. Le risque des vitamines de synthèse est qu’elles ne correspondent pas exactement à leurs homologues naturelles. Ainsi, leur dosage peut n’est pas toujours adapté aux besoins du corps et peut facilement entraîner des effets indésirables liés au surdosage.
Pour maintenir son corps en bonne santé et favoriser le bon fonctionnement de son organisme, il est important d’adopter un mode de vie sain avec une alimentation équilibrée et adaptée aux besoins propres de son organisme.
