De plus en plus de consommateurs se tournent vers des alternatives plus saines et naturelles pour leurs produits du quotidien et les cosmétiques n’échappent pas à la tendance du bio. Parmi les produits de beauté les plus utilisés, le shampoing bio suscite un véritable engouement. En cause ? Les effets néfastes des cosmétiques conventionnels sur la santé et l’environnement. Silicones, sulfates agressifs, parabènes, etc. autant de composants chimiques qui peuvent être néfastes autant pour les cheveux et le cuir chevelu que pour la planète. Alors, pourquoi choisir un shampoing bio et comment réussir cette transition en douceur ?
Les shampoings conventionnels contiennent souvent des substances controversées comme les sulfates, qui assèchent le cuir chevelu, les silicones, qui enrobent les cheveux d’une fausse couche de douceur, et les parabènes, soupçonnés d’être des perturbateurs endocriniens. Ces composants peuvent provoquer des irritations, des démangeaisons et, à long terme, fragiliser les cheveux.
