L’aspect de notre peau est souvent lié à notre mode de vie, notre environnement ainsi qu'à notre alimentation. Ce que l’on ingère à une influence directe sur l’équilibre et la bonne santé de notre épiderme. Ainsi, quels sont les aliments à privilégier pour le bien-être de notre peau ? Selon que vous souhaitez atténuer vos imperfections, un teint éclatant, une peau hydratée, etc. Hydr’aness vous conseille l’alimentation la plus adaptée.
À noter que, quels que soient les fruits et légumes recommandés, il est préférable de les consommer cru ou à la vapeur pour conserver au maximum leurs nutriments. Concernant les huiles végétales, on privilégie les extra vierges.
La première habitude à adopter pour une peau bien hydratée est de bien boire tout au long de la journée. Pour une adulte, il est généralement conseillé de boire au moins 1,5L d’eau par jour. Ensuite, mieux vaut privilégier des aliments riches en eau, en vitamine E (un bon allié pour lutter contre la déshydratation) et/ou en oméga 3 qui participe à l’hydratation de la peau. Ainsi, pour avoir une peau hydratée, les poissons gras comme le saumon sont de très bons aliments mais également la pastèque, le concombre, le céleri, l’avocat ou encore les amandes et l’huile d’olive.
Connu pour donner une belle couleur à la peau, le bêta carotène est un élément à privilégier dans son alimentation pour un effet bonne mine. Il en est de même pour le polyphénol qui protège la peau de la lumière du soleil. Enfin, les aliments riches en vitamines sont de très bons alliés pour une peau éclatante. Il est donc conseillé de consommer des carottes, des poivrons, des artichauts, du raisin, du thé vert, etc.
Sans tomber dans l’obsession, l’apparition des signes de l’âge préoccupe bon nombre d’entre nous. Pour conserver un visage lisse, les aliments présentant une forte teneur en antioxydants sont à favoriser. En effet, ces derniers limitent les effets négatifs des radicaux libres et du stress oxydatif. Les omégas 3, la vitamine C et celles du groupe B sont également reconnus pour leurs actions anti-âge telles que la synthétisation du collagène et le renouvellement cellulaire. Ainsi, pour une peau lisse et ferme, les aliments conseillés sont les huiles végétales (olive, noix, pépin de raisin), les céréales complètes, les fruits secs, le brocolis, les choux et les fruits rouges.
C’est bien connu, l’alimentation est souvent une source d’imperfections cutanés. Cependant, les bons aliments peuvent, à l’inverse, diminuer l’apparition de boutons et points noirs. On retrouve notamment la nourriture riche en bêta carotène qui favorise la cicatrisation des tissus, en sélénium pour limiter l’oxydation du sébum (responsable de l’apparition de nombreuses imperfections cutanés) ou encore en zinc pour lutter contre les inflammations de l’épiderme. Pour une peau sans imperfection, il est donc recommandé de consommer des fruits à coque, des abats, des champignons, des légumineuses ainsi que de l’huile de poisson et de l’huile de noix.
Il peut arriver que bien que l’on ait une bonne hygiène de vie avec une alimentation saine et variée, associée à la pratique d’une activité sportive régulière, l’aspect et la santé de notre peau ne soient pas au top. Une des solutions les plus courantes est la prise de compléments alimentaires bio. Composés d’ingrédients naturels sélectionnés pour leurs vertus cutanées, ils répondent à des besoins spécifiques de l’épiderme. Il peut alors s’agir d’un manque d’hydratation et/ou de nutrition, un teint terne, une peau relâchée et marquée par les signes de l’âge ou encore par l’apparition régulière d’imperfections.
