Rides, ridules, tâches brunes, etc. les signes de vieillissement cutané sont nombreux et sont souvent redoutés. Or, ils apparaissent souvent plus vite qu’on ne le pense. En vieillissant, le renouvellement cellulaire ralentit. La peau devient ainsi plus fine avec une couche supérieure, correspondant aux cellules mortes, plus épaisse. Enfin, une des conséquences de l’âge les plus visibles sur la peau est la présence de lésions dues à des expositions au soleil prolongées et répétées. Il s’agit notamment des tâches brunes, dites de vieillesse, et des rides.
Tout d’abord, il faut savoir que les premiers signes de vieillissement cutané peuvent apparaître entre 25 et 30 ans. Cela varie selon les personnes et dépend du mode de vie, du type de peau et des habitudes alimentaires de chacun. Ensuite, plutôt d’attendre que les premières rides apparaissent, il peut être intéressant d’agir en prévention. Cela peut paraître très tôt pour certains mais il faut savoir que les expositions successives au soleil sont responsables, dans la plupart des cas, d’une apparition précoce des signes de vieillissement cutané. Il n’est ainsi pas trop tôt pour commencer à adopter de bons gestes pour le bien-être et la beauté de sa peau.
Avant de décider d’utiliser des sérums anti-âge et autres produits spécifiques, il convient d’adopter une bonne routine d’hygiène quotidienne. Pour cela, il est important de s’assurer que les cosmétiques bio que l’on utilise soient adaptés à notre peau et qu’ils respectent ses différents besoins. Il n’est pas non plus nécessaire de s'accoutumer d’une panoplie de produits à n’en plus savoir que faire. Et pour se démaquiller, cela peut se faire avec du savon bio ou en utilisant un lait démaquillant, très apprécié des peaux sensibles et fragilisées. Ensuite, un sérum anti-âge peut bien évidemment venir compléter cette routine quotidienne.
