La sensation de quiétude n’est pas toujours naturelle ni évidente avec les tracas et aléas du quotidien. Il existe des petits gestes simples qui favorisent cette sensation. Et une chose importante, on apprend à s’aimer tel que l’on est !
Deux autres éléments auxquels on n’y pense moins lorsque l’on recherche la sensation de bien-être : l’état de notre système immunitaire et la tonicité de notre corps. Si nos batteries sont à plat, pas facile de se sentir apaisé et serein. Il est important de veiller à l’efficacité de ses défenses immunitaires pour se maintenir en bonne santé et en bonne forme physique.
