Mais quels soins privilégier pour avoir une belle peau et en bonne santé ? Les plus fréquents sont la pollution, le stresse, l’alimentation et, bien sûr, les saisons. Une peau grasse peut, en effet, supporter un à deux gommages par semaine alors qu’un tous les quinze jours est amplement suffisant pour une peau sèche. Attention aussi à ne pas trop frotter au risque d’abîmer et de fragiliser l’épiderme.
Autre soin qui peut être un véritable coup de pouce pour sublimer la peau : les masques beauté. Que ce soit sous forme de crème, de gel ou en masque visage tissu, les masques beauté ont des actions généralement ciblées : hydratant, purifiant, anti-âge, anti-fatigue, etc.
En complément d’une routine beauté quotidienne et de soins spécifiques de temps en temps, il est important d’adopter de bonnes habitudes, tant dans son alimentation que dans son mode de vie.
